We are capable of performing all necessary processes internally for product realization, with a complete panel processing cycle, a feature that allows us to control every single phase of production and to have very short processing times.

Panel Cutting
For panel cutting, we use a double angular cutting system, state-of-the-art, governed by a numerical control system, with pre-cutting and automatic loading and unloading rollers. Our automatic cutting machines are equipped with a lifting table where several sheets of material to be cut are deposited. The system allows cutting panels into sub-formats of any size up to a maximum size of 5600mm x 2200mm.

Panel pressing ensures perfect material adhesion thanks to automated systems and electronically controlled presses. The result is compact and uniform surfaces, ideal for panels stable, resistant, and of high aesthetic quality, perfect for the world of furniture and interior design.

Raw panel sanding and brushing ensure a perfectly uniform surface ready for finishing. We use electronically controlled machinery to achieve homogeneous textures and naturalness to the touch, enhancing every essence and improving the adhesion of subsequent treatments. Each phase is calibrated according to the type of material and intended use, ensuring high standards of aesthetic and functional quality.

Painting, Primer Application, Primer Sanding, Matte Application
The phases of painting, primer application, sanding, and matte finishing represent the core of the panel ennobling process.
